Delivery & Tracking Information
We offer FREE delivery to UK Mainland only. All taps and showers are sent within 24 hours of your order being placed.
However on some occasions your order will be sent 48 hours after the order has been placed. All our items are sent by a reputable courier.
Our courier will require a signature upon delivery of the item. If our courier is unable to deliver your item due to unavailability at the time of delivery they will on most occasions leave a card, which will provide instructions on how to arrange a new delivery or collect the item from the nearest depot. On some occasion the item maybe left with a neighbour.
On some occasions delivery can be delayed due to exceptional circumstances that are beyond our control. If this occurs we will inform you either by email or telephone of the delay. We therefore recommend that you do not book fitters until you have recieved and checked your purchases as Platinum Taps will not be liable for installation costs due to unexpected delays that are beyond our control.
Delivery to Europe is at a cost of £24.99 for standard delivery, which can take between 5-7 day
Please note that all our items are tracked and a proof of signiture is required for all pruchases.
Lost Items & Tracking information
If you have not recieved your item within 48 hours of placing your order then please email sales@platinumtaps.co.uk or contact 02476 389052 detailing the following information: Name, Order Number, Item Reference, Address and Contact Number. We will trace the item on your behalf and email you all the tracking information for your order.
