Delivery Details
We offer free delivery to UK Mainland only. All taps and showers are sent next day by TNT and on some occasions will be sent via Royal Mail. If you require an urgent delivery then please note there will be an additional charge depending on the type of service you require.
Please ensure that there is someone present to sign for the goods as you will be charged an additional £10 if we have to arrange a 2nd delivery. In most cases TNT will leave the goods with a neighbour or post a card, which you will have to take to the nearest TNT depot.
Please note that on some occasions delivery can be delayed due to exceptional circumstances that are beyond our control. If this occurs we will inform you either by email or telephone of the delay.
Delivery to Europe is at a cost of £20 for standard shipping and £30 for fast track shipping. Please contact us if you would like to order from outside Europe.
