Returns Policy
If the goods are damaged upon receipt please phone or email us within seven days of delivery. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall issue a refund to you. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the original item back from you in its original packaging. A £10 re-stocking fee will be charged if the product is not suitable or if an exchange is requested. All our items are checked before they are sent out and are packaged to a high standard.
All other products within the 5 year manufacturer's guarantee should be sent back to the address below. Following inspection, we will, at our discretion, either repair, replace, or return the item to you. The item will be returned if we feel there is no manufacturing fault. If the product is not suitable then you must return the item within 14 days of purchase in order to obtain a refund. Please note a £10 re-stocking fee will be charged. After the 14 day period we can only issue a credit note.
Goods Damaged in Transit & Missed Deliveries
Please inform us immediately if your goods are damaged in transit. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt it is advisable to accept delivery, but make a note when signing for. We will then arrange for replacement goods to be dispatched to you once the original order has been returned.
Please note that we use TNT to deliver all our products. TNT will require a signature upon delivery of the item. If TNT are unable to deliver your item due to customer unavailability at the time of delivery a fee of £10 fee will need to be paid in advance in order for us to re-arrange delivery for the item.
Returns Instruction
For all goods returned please include a cover note, explaining what action you would like us to take, as well as your name, address, order number, and original proof of purchase. Make sure that the goods are packaged safely and securely, using the original packaging if possible, and that you use a signed service with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the item/s to be returned. We recommend that you use a reputable courier.
Please note that responsibility for any product returned remains with you until such time as we receive it and a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods. If you send a product back for an exchange you will be charged for shipping the new product back to you as per the above policy
